Dr. Mary Gene Saudelli is a distinguished educator with over 35 years of experience, specializing in international education, curriculum design, signature pedagogies, and high-impact learning practices. Her career has taken her to various countries, including Canada, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Afghanistan, Hong Kong China, and Turkey, where she has taught, led, and engaged in research.

 With a PhD in Education from Brock University, Mary holds an impressive academic background, including an MA, MEd, BEd, and a BA. Her dedication to scholarly pursuits is evident through numerous awarded grants, peer-reviewed journal publications, and collaborations across institutions.

 Mary's passion for education extends to her role as an author. In November 2015, she released her first book, 'The Balancing Act: International Higher Education in the 21st Century,' and in July 2019, her edited book, 'Voices from Far Away Lands: From Divergent to Convergent,' was published.

 Beyond her professional achievements, Mary is an advocate for global citizenship, community engagement, integrity, leadership, and engaged learning. She cherishes human connections and values relationships, reflected in her happy marriage to her husband Rob, and their loving care for their two beautiful rescue dogs.

Dr. Suzan Snaggs-Wilson is a distinguished finance leader with 35 years of diverse experience in driving transformational change, enhancing leadership engagement, and revenue optimization in the financial services industry. Her expertise in global business strategy and operational risk management, empowers organizations to navigate complex challenges and sustain growth while mitigating risks. As an advocate for inclusivity, she excels in leading diverse teams and seeks to amplify their potential to achieve outstanding results.

Suzan holds a Ph.D in Humanities & Social Justice Education from the University of Toronto, and an MBA in Financial Services from Dalhousie University in Halifax. Her commitment to empowering others is evident through her work as a Certified Investment Financial & Retirement Planner (CIFP), Certified Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt, and a Certified Executive Coach, Trainer & Speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Additionally, she is a skilled DISC Behavioural Trainer and Consultant dedicated to fostering people development and team cohesion.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Suzan is deeply rooted in her family life, celebrating over 27 years of marriage and cherishing her role as a proud mother of two children. An accomplished author and speaker, her passion for philanthropy and community, demonstrates her belief in the power of collaboration and positive impact by adding value to others.
